8-10 years project experience in insurance, technology, or a related field
Industry knowledge of the P&C insurance industry with primary focus on customer facing operations and processes
Capability to communicate clearly and efficiently as well as influence outcomesAbility to solve complex problems analytically
Able to lead medium sized implementation projects
Ability to research solutions and work with subject matter experts where necessary
Ability to identify when business requirements are not in scope
Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing
Familiar working with UX, Data, and Digital teams is a plus
Applying principles of a design-led approach is also a plus
Exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and business stakeholders
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable way
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
BSc in Computer Science/Arts or equivalent
Flexibility to do shift work as needed (aligning to AMER/APAC colleagues/customers)
