From the job provider we collect data regarding, Company details, job skill set, job description, company address, recruiter details, this details are mandatory to avoid any fraud or fake job post on our website
From referrer we collect references which can be our future registers, we collect name, contact no. and email ID so we can approach them.
As we collect data from the job provider we display the job post on our portal as our registered job seekers can see job post, which includes the Company Name, CTC, Job designation, location and Job description and also the name and contact details of the Recruiter
If job seeker find job post is relevant according to their Profile, then they can apply on that job post. Job seeker can see the recruiter contact details
Once job seekers applied on that job post the recruiter or provider can see their Resume, CV or their application and can measure and review their skills set and experience.
Recruiter can also see their contact details such like mail ID and registered mobile number. also recruiter can connect with their mail id or their registered mobile number for scheduling the interview
As Job seeker find suitable job opportunity. Job seeker can apply on that job post. Once job seeker applied on that job post. Recruiter get the application of job seeker. The job provider can screen and can review the mentioned details in Resume and profile.
Job provider can contact the job seeker through mail and mobile number to schedule interaction with the candidates.
The selection and rejection process its completely up to the recruiter
