Higher degree in IT, Telecommunications or related areas (Preferably a Master's Degree)
5+ years of Telecom experience
3+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst working on requirement analysis, design, development/customization and testing of complex technology solutions in Telecom Domain covering OSS
Solid understanding of BPMN and UML (business process notation)
Experience in direct customer interactions
Good written and verbal English language communication skills
Strong BA background, preferably from an internet/software development company
Understanding of software development best practices and standards used in project lifecycles
Experience working at customer locations and/or distributed teams would be an added advantage
Understanding of telecom service catalog and OSS service provisioning/fulfillment processes; OPF/Order management/Order processing
Experience in implementation of at least one OSS solution for a Medium/large telecom operator
What other skills and/or experience could be useful for this position
Experience with TMF Open APIs especially TMF622, TMF641, TMF637
Understanding of any of Resource Inventory, Activations, Integrations, Discovery & Reconciliation modules
Experience on any COTS product
Understanding of REST API's
Understanding of telecom technologies like access network, mobile network (HLR/HSS; 3G/4G/5G).
Knowledge of Microservices architecture
